Warranty

We are convinced that our bikes last longer. They also have to, so that they can be sustainable. This automatically results in longer guarantees. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are excluded. We handle guarantee cases unbureaucratically and as customer-oriented as possible and do not tie the guarantee to arbitrarily chosen factors such as first ownership. We turn the statutory warranty into a 2-year guarantee, as we consider the obligation to provide proof after 6 months to be pointless (German implied warranty).

However, one factor remains important to us: inspection intervals. Regular maintenance prevents damage, we know that from many years of workshop practice. A professional inspection per year should be verifiable. If necessary, we also carry out this annual maintenance.
